This one didn’t survive the severe and very looooong freeze in winter 1981/82:

Tjis baby survived the snow rich winter 2010/11, but not the next one:

And this baby survived all winters since 2007 up to now, almost unprotected:

T. princeps "New form/ hybrid" and T. wagnerianus

Seed-grown T. princeps (*2013, I believe), has some dry leaves as mulch.
