repotting seedlings

I have these little areca vestiaria growing in 50,50,100mm seedling planters, there are one or two little roots coming out of the bottom.

My question is when do you repot into bigger pot?,when roots are compacted the bottom? They are around 4 months old from germination. Also what size pot should one go to?

Kind regards knowledgeable members

These are not ready to be repotted by far. They're just starting. It's to repot them when the roots have formed a somewhat compact clump inside the pot. I think you should wait at least a year, probably longer.
Nice looking seedlings though!

I think another good idea is to push the roots inside , when you see them coming out of the holes , if possible...

also using Leca at the bottom of the pot ( as @Pal Meir Pal sugestion) from the first place to prevent roots coming out of the pot...
