Bird Gifts

I have some Palms and possibly a Cycad that "appeared" in my yard. I was thankful of the bird that left them but have never known what to call them. I was hoping someone in the group could give me a definitive name for them. They have been in my yard at least 15 years

The palms look like Ptychosperma elegans. Not sure about the cycad though.

I have a Zamia furfuracea on the other side of the house also a nature donated plant which gets a lot more sun and has grown much faster. The plant in the photo is probably 15 years old and has never seen direct sunlight.
