Love to buy some,  nice palms.  But I need to ship out side of America to Canery islands.  Not sure if any growers, would do it,  if I arranged certs, and container to pick them up ?

There are plenty of places to purchase in the Canary Islands or elsewhere in Spain/Europe...

Yes, but small and expensive.  In Homestead ,  Florida,  3 g spindle $3. 50 for example.  Same size in canaries nearly $100

For what it would cost to ship, especially with paperwork etc.., it would be far cheaper to buy from mainland Spain or from elsewhere in Europe, I have seen larger than 3g Spindle palms for much less money than that..
