I have a palm that I'm not quite sure what type it is...   Thinking it may be a windmill palm..  There are three trunks, but they are coming out of the same spot in the ground (along with another new just starting). The tree(s) are about 20' tall. Some of the lower fronds have yellow and orange spots.

At first glance it looks like Livistona chinensis, but the multiple trunk thing is throwing me a bit..
