Hi All

I need to move my potted palms from inside to deck ( roofed patio) ,,,still it could get as cold as 4-5 c at very cold nights...

my question is , what is chance of their survival in that condition, plants are:

1- Chamedorea Elegans ( parlour palm)

2- Licuala ramsayi

3- Chamaedorea atroviren ( cascade palm)

4- Hyophorbe lagenicaulis ( bottle palm)

5- Licuala elegans

Thanks in advance

Mohsen

They will be fine. I have grown all of those in the ground here and we can get below freezing some nights in winter. I had trouble with ramsayi in pots but fine in the ground. L grandis is great in a pot and takes the cold easily too.

I came. I saw. I purchased

27.35 south.
