One of my favorite places on the planet.

Nice "drive by showing" yesterday... hahah

Zone 10a at best after 2007 AND 2013, on SW facing hill, 1 1/2 miles from coast in Oceanside, CA. 30-98 degrees, and 45-80deg. about 95% of the time.

I do some experiments and learning in my garden with palms so you don't have to experience the pain! Look at my old threads to find various observations and tips!

I didn't realize they closed at 4:30pm. I was in the subtropical garden playing peek-a-boo with the security guard. They eventually kicked me out.

Post your pics Bill! Or is that the only pic you took?  :mrlooney:

I'll post mine in the late evening.

I took the opportunity to go in the European Art museum, it was closed the last time I was there...  I saw The previous painting of Samuel Johnson, the father of the Dictionary..

The Blue Boy..

Sorry, the paintings are blurry, was using my phone and at eye level  the light reflects bad. I was holding my phone way over my head..

But while walking the grounds I stumbled upon a turtle digging a hole to lay her eggs..
