I am looking for seeds/seedlings/young plants of Livistona Nitida to try in my area.

I am also looking for Agave pups Americana, Parryi, Tequila.

Me too, it seems mostly imposible to get some seeds of this palm

Check in with some of the Socal growers.  They aren't at all rare palms.  

I just cut a 25g plant down...it was badly placed and they look just like the pervasive Washingtonia...
