Hmm.

The rainforests have been getting cut down for decades. I can remember when the Amazon jungle was a "green hell" impenetrable. Not any more.

While it is tragic, people forget that states like Ohio, Illinois, and Indiana, and many other eastern states were nearly entirely forested (prairie areas also).  The majority of which has been cut down for timber or slash-and-burned for agricultural use (corn, grazing, soybeans, etc).  Developing countries are just 100 years behind on what we've already done here.

Part of the whole truth however, considering the availabale tools and scientific knowledge and, why not, the average lifespan 100 years ago...

Yes very good point. The day after I posted this video I thought about it whilst I worked. 

In my opinion the only ones who are wrong are those who are doing it illegally. 

I would never condemned a group of people who are trying to survive and or progress.
