Rossten House and palms for sale, Huntington Beach, CA

Everyone:

As you may know, Lois Rossten of the Palm Society of Southern California died a number of years ago. Her husband, Kurt, died this July.

The terms of the Rosstens' trust mandated that the executor was to try and sell the house with the palms on it, as it is now. If that ends up not happening, efforts will be made to have collectors remove some of the palms, which include a 70-foot tall Roystonea regia, plus some very tall Dypsis.

As you can see from the picture, there are some magnificent palms there.

The house is located at 6561 Melbourne, Huntington Beach, Ca.

The asking price is $624,900. The house is 1279 sq ft, 3 bdrm 2 ba., 1279 sq ft built in 1962. The lot is 6534 sq ft.

The listing agent is joanhawley@firstteam.com, who can be reached by telephone at 714-342-4509, 714-861-2432 Her website is: https://joanhawleyverstraete.firstteam.com/

Even though the house is quite small, being a big parcel of land for a suburb and with a lovely established garden, that house is quite cheap by Melbourne and Sydney prices. More so if its near the beach.

I came. I saw. I purchased

I think it's a cocoides, yes.

Very nice, too considering how many of them get the Fungus. This one didn't.

A 1300 sq. ft house is plenty big considering the good climate and location. If the house were in South Dakota where you're snowed in for 6 months, a larger house would be more necessary.
