Ackee fruiting in Central Florida

All three of my ackee trees are bearing fruit for the first time (Mt Dora, Z 9b) We hit a low of 30 F last February but trees showed no cold damage. Trees have been in the grow since 2011 and are about 15' in height.

I sell these sometimes at my sale, but really know very little about them. But growing them that far north sounds amazing. And now fruiting! What are you going to do with all the fruit?
