Plenty of Washingtonia and Phoenix. The oil wells should make a Louisiana guy comfortable.

Drive about 200 miles to the south and I can show you one of the most coolest dypsis decipens in the the san Joaquin valley.

Modesto, CA USDA 9b

July/August average 95f/63f

Dec/Jan average 55f/39f

Average lowest winter temp 27f

Record low temp 18f

Record high temp 113f
