Hi all,

Just taken delivery of some more goodies - I might have gone overboard....

the pot on this campestris is the biggest thing Ive ever seen and the roots are absolutely bulging in it.

Hi guys - thanks for the kind comments. I just need to stick up for the wife - she is actually happy, just caught her unaware when I took the pic. shes almost as mad about palms as me.....not quite but almost ;)

Ah.....excellent......she is probably similar to my wife, really likes it....but tries not to think about the money part. I'll bet she would like it even more if you put really colorfull companion plants around your new palms. My wife's face lights up with colorful Ti Plants, caladiums, vinca, geraniums ect. ..... try and buy enough "pretty" stuff to keep them pacified.....hey colorful stuff really accents the big palms even more! ..... got to admit....makes a prettier garden and happier wife.....everybody wins!

:) I agree - I just need to mix in a bit more grit into the mix - rain stopped me doing more - once thats done I need an couple more big palms :yay:
