She's thinking...."You paid how much?"............"We could have used that for some new drapes for the windows or a vacation"

BTW is the couch comfortable? :winkie:

But to us fellow Palmophiles....those things are pretty awsome! :greenthumb:

Hi guys - thanks for the kind comments. I just need to stick up for the wife - she is actually happy, just caught her unaware when I took the pic. shes almost as mad about palms as me.....not quite but almost ;)

Ah.....excellent......she is probably similar to my wife, really likes it....but tries not to think about the money part. I'll bet she would like it even more if you put really colorfull companion plants around your new palms. My wife's face lights up with colorful Ti Plants, caladiums, vinca, geraniums ect. ..... try and buy enough "pretty" stuff to keep them pacified.....hey colorful stuff really accents the big palms even more! ..... got to admit....makes a prettier garden and happier wife.....everybody wins!

Whoa, that campestris is huge.

And spiny.

That acanthacoma/brasiliensis is all ready for operating theatre, for spinal taps.

Your wife looks like Mona Lisa, great picture!

I have seed from acanthacoma, soon you will, too if all goes well.

Keep us apprised of your progress!
