Pete in Paradise Hills

Thinking of going but need good reasons to go as it's a little far for me and I have two small kids. Anybody have more info on this one? thanks

I was hoping someone else would answer this. Frankly unless you want to visit the SD Botancial Garden which is quite nice, then I would not go. Do not come from the plant sale. Each year it has gotten to be smaller and smaller. Last year I went and there were only four venders and most had nothing unusual or nothing I would drive far for. Phil from Jungle Music brings lots of plants but I would rather you visit his nursery as any palm lover should at least once. Years ago this sale was awesome. Lots of venders and they would bring rare plants. Having two small kids myself, I don't like saying this as I love the garden and the cause, but I would hate to see someone drive out for it and be disappointed.

There's an auction? I thought that it was just a sale. I'll be there helping out at the Jungle Music booth. Come on by and say hi. Phil brings a ton of plants, just to keep the booth full and have plenty of variety to choose from for browsers.

Thanks Len and Matty. I will try to make it up. The garden is only 2 miles from Jungle Music so I can combine them...
