Just a reminder: The 2015 Spring Show & Sale of the South Florida Palm Society will take place on March 28 and 29 at Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden, 10901 Old Cutler Rd., Coral Gables. Once again a great selection of palm and cycad species will be offered by our member-vendors. Free palm seeds will be distributed, and a free palm seedling will be available to each visitor while quantities last. There will also be an information table to answer questions about growing and maintaining your new plants.

Admission to the Garden is free to Fairchild members, SFPS members who volunteer to assist with the sale, and children under 6. Otherwise, the admission fee is $25 for adults, $18 for seniors 65 and up, and $12 for children 6-17. This will also be a great time, before the weather gets uncomfortable, for you to tour the Garden to view the latest -- and largest -- exhibition of Chihuly Glass.

Sale hours are 9:30 - 4:30 both days.
