Sorry to butt in here - but I'm so jealous! :)

Apparently this is the only venue where Cannonball Trees have been available - Would somebody be able to help obtain some trees for me through this venue, since nobody has been able to find me any otherwise.

PM me if there's a possibility of this.

Thanks! Jude

I've never seen Cannonball Trees for sale at our sale. Probably the best chance to get one is at the Flowering Tree Sale at Fairchild on Mothers Day weekend

I'll look tommorow and see if any vendors brought any. I've sold them in the past but don't have any this year.

Eric, are the Phoenix Loureiroi var. Penducolata (NE India) offshoots of the bluish Palm you have growing there at Leu? I'd love to buy one like that. Also, I don't see this item on the list but your 'white' Serenoa are really special -- please PM me if seeds or plants become available for purchase. Thanks.

No, those are the blue clustering form. I got those seeds from RPS but have never seen that form offered again. The ones I have for sale are a single trunk form with dull green leaves.

My friend needed to go up to Ocala to drop his old truck off to his son so we made a combined trip the Leu Gardens sale (I usually try to double up on trip timing to hit up a plant sale when I can).

The gardens are of course beautiful as always and their yellow tabs are in full, spectacular bloom, along with other varieties and colors of Tabebuia/Handroanthus.

Lots of vendors there selling all types of everything.

I picked up the following from the Leu Gardens setup to add to my place :)

Albizia guachapele

Brachychiton bidwillii

Erythrina crista-galli

Oroxylum indicum

Pseudobombax millei

The sale went great. It was good to see everyone who stopped by and nice to meet the ones I didn't know. Weather was perfect again but on the hot side. It was upper 80s both days. This was the hottest its ever been at the Plant Sale which has always been in March.
