The Deerfield Beach Founders' Days

I am a member of my local Kiwanis Club, an international service organization that serves the children of the world. My local club does mostly local projects, funding the Police Athletic League, Little League, scholarships and a host of other things.

One of the ways we raise money is by running the Deerfield Beach Founders' Days. It is a big effort for a bunch of unpaid volunteers. It is a three day long festival over the President's Day weekend. We have music, food, a carnival, bed race, sand sculpture contest, fireworks, about 100 vendors and a crowd of about 50,000 to 70,000 over the weekend.

We partner with other not for profits to help them raise funds. These are posters for our beach area benefiting American Cancer Society Relay for Life and two different autism organizations.
