I have a couple HUGE overgrown Ravenea glauca I'm off loading for a killer price. These plants are 8 yrs old and starting to form a trunk. These are full sun grown grown from seed here in San Diego and are absolutely perfect!!! I'm only asking 150.00 USD each. I also have a couple of 5 gal's 3-4' tall for 35.00 USD each

I'm located in Carlsbad California and I'm willing to deliver for gas money in a 20 mile radius. Or you can do local pick up. Call or text me at 626-278-6388 or you can send me a PM.

As always, Thanks for looking :):):greenthumb::greenthumb:

Carlsos- ever thought of a road trip to San Diego to do a little palm shopping?

Mandrew- sounds like your father-in-laws may have been either green house or shade grown? I have small 1& 5 gal's in full inland sun that look spotless and have never seen shade!!

I recommend starting your own thread about Rav Glauca's

Josh, I was in Newport yesterday doing just that, but with very limited time. Wish I was able to make it to Carlsbad. I will be down there at the end of March. I will pm you as the dates get closer.

That's a nice price for plants that big. They're not as fast as Fatso Majesties . . . .

This is one of those palms that are a real pleasure to look at all year round, as they breeze through winter and maintain their nice green leaves.

I call gluacas the Michelle Pfeiffer Palm, as opposed to their cousin, rivularis, the Roseanne Palm . . . .

I've sold a bunch but still have a few left that need good homes. Some of them already have 1 ring of trunk. :greenthumb:

My neighbors have the Janet Reno palm - Syagrus Romanzoffiana (I think that Dave can appreciate that).

Kenny, What kind of car do you drive. I've had people buy them and have successfully put the in mid sized cars and even a prius. no joke!!

The fronds are real flexible. I only have a hand full left. I just sold 2 more today.
