Bo!

71 is 17 spelled backwards, and we all know you will take it to heart, and it will be palmy and balmy.

Happy birthday Bo,

I'll send you 71 Lodoicea seeds so you can plant a Lodoicea grove matching with your Verschaffeltia grove.

Soon they'll colonize your garden :)

Wow, thanks everybody! :) Yes, most definitely having a great day. Planted a mystery Dypsis this morning and I just came back from a late lunch in Pahoa, so all is good! :) And Philippe, 71 Lodoiceas will be quite a challenge to find room for, but I'm willing to give it a shot! :mrlooney: And Ed, Happy Birthday tomorrow then! I hope it's a good one as well! :)

Wow Bo, missed this one. Saw you last night and you didn't look a day older than 50,.........quite the suck-up huh?

Planting a palm, what a great thing to do to memorialize another birthday.

Tim,

Ha ha, good one, and I'm not opposed to being delusional when it comes to that new number that so annoyingly pops up once a year, whether you like it or not! :mrlooney: I figure that as long as I can head outside and plant another palm, or two, that's all that matters... :)

Bo-Göran

PS. And thanks for putting on yet another fantastic event!

Dammit Jeff, you need to check yer email! .

You know you are ALWAYS invited if you're in the neighborhood.

It was the annual BBQ for HIPS last Friday which went VERY well. Some of the auction palms almost looked as good as yours.
