I'm sure all Aussies are fully aware of the tragic death of Phil Hughes. Phil was a great representative of our nation and I have never read a bad word about him. Unfortunately he has died playing the sport he loved dearly and he has been cut down in the prime of his life.

This story is very sad and the worldwide cricketing community has responded accordingly.

The best the rest of us cricketing fans can do is play our small part in the collective tribute. Leaving our bats at the front door.......... So sad!!
