Nice! I feel like I've been to your place before. Did you once have a couple kerriodoxa for sale and have a nice coco queen in your front yard?

How do you guys keep Kerriodoxa growing I wonder?

I have it in a 9G terracotta pot indoors but moved it

outdoors in shade @northside of the house

and never gets direct light.

It looks pathetic.

It did grow a leaf since the 2 years Ive had it

but the leaves are brown tipped.

What soil mix you guys use

and growing advice/tips

greatly appreciated.

mine is in my native soil in full shade. it got a funky dried leaf during our dry heat spell but other than that its been easy.

No foolin?

I always thought this was a sensitive and delicate palm.

I babied it indoors for almost a year before taking it outside

for lack of growth and looking malaise.

Thanx Steve.

Ritchy, You get the Santa Ana winds where you live correct? . Kerriodoxa elegans HATE the dry air and will brown tip overnight. Even if they are in shade.

I STILL HAVE A COUPLE MAXIMA PALMS LEFT IF ANYBODY WANT TO BUY ANY??

Yes it is. I was up at Josh's this weekend. He has a lot of quality palms both in pots and in ground. Bring some extra cash. I went up to buy one palm and left with four...
