Hi all, pretty sure I saw a thread back awhile ago but for the life of me can't find it, not sure if My Carpoxylon has a deficiency problem or over watering, as you can see the older leaf has well and truly browned up with some serious curls going on, the worrying thing is that the new leaf looks like its starting to curl up at the tips aswell, any advice would be great

The new fronds leaf damage could be due to rubbing up against the fence but that seems unlikely as its probably linked to the issue with the older leaf and its nowhere near a hard object.

Could be drying out with these drying winds we're having but given how much you water it seems unlikely. Im interested to see what others think.

I've gotta another carpoxylon not more then 2 meters away and it's fine, same as my 4 red vestis infront of my carpoxylons, so I definently don't think it's the wind, it's wired ?

Carpoxylon can grow in Perth and look A1, we have a very windy and dry climate.

Yep all my palms in the front yard get the dry winds and not one has this problem, thinking might throw some fert down and see if carpy improves
