I just picked up my new kegerator & got it all set up in the garage next to my freezer & my refrigerator. It will hold four 1/6 barrels or a standard keg & two 1/6 barrels. It has the ability to do two nitro pours (one tap American & one tap Guinness), or change out a faucet and do 3 co2s & a nitro. It was built for me be Steve Duffy who owns Green Bench Brewery in St. Pete. There is no beer in it yet, but we have GREAT local beers here in the Tampa Bay Area. Within the next week it will have Green Bench Milk Stout, Coppertail Unholy American Trippel and Three Palms Sir Albert's American Stout.

Also, my main refrigerator is in the house and I also have a small one behind my bar. Sadly, they are mostly filled with beer and hardly any food. Hope that doesn't mean I have a problem :indifferent:

Yes, I've done quite a bit of "consolidation" in my garage. I find that when I start going through things, if boxes/cans/etc. start falling & I get bumps/cuts.etc. it just makes me angry & pissed off, and that way I get rid of a lot more items! I took two desks & a cabinet out, filled the big garbage can 4 or 5 times and took a big load up to work to throw in my dumpster. I just crank up the punk music in the garage and start blowing off steam! Two full weekends, but it looks real good. I still have some straightening up to do, but that will come later. I'm also going to install a water softener along that wall.

I tentatively plan on having the next party in the April-June time period. I will start to firm up more plans as the time draws near.

I'll let that remark go because I'm sure you haven't been here in the last 3+ years to taste any of our fantastic beer. I would have agreed with that statement in 2010. I want to visit San Diego in the not so distant future and then you can wow me (with your gardens AND beer).

What I'd like to know, is if anybody else has more refrigerators than this dude!

Why yes, I do. I have one just for seeds.

I take it electricity prices are still cheap in your part of florida? You'd need a second mortgage to run that setup here

OK, Jerry, your invited!!!!

I also have a hot tub & 2 A/C units to run. Depending on the time of the year, my bill runs $ 175-275.00 per month. I just had all my windows replaced, so I'm expecting a pretty good saving there. My original windows were installed in 1965 and leaked a lot. When I mowed my back yard, I would stand by my bedroom widow to cool off.

In the back, they were the old Miami style that opened with a crank. Never closed tight and most of them didn't open either. Now I have the vinyl framed double pane & gas infused windows. Should keep the cold (or warm) air in the house where it belongs. One more bonus, the noisy outside is no longer as noisy!

I got a nice set of new windows for my place as well. The original windows were out of square, didn't want to open or close, or the cables on the counterweights for the double-hung windows broke.

I don't have A/C, so the windows stay open most of the time. But in the winter, they close nice and tight and snug and keep the heat (from burning dead palm leaves!) inside.

Dad's Ohio house was like a drafty barn in the winter till he replaced his windows about 15 years ago. Now it's actually pleasant to be there in the wintertime.

Great work on the double glass. A wise choice. Energy is only going to be more expensive. Oh, and nice knife. (Thats not a knife...)
