Agree with Dooms Dave, definitely a Vandaceous ( excuse my spelling) type. Thinking the Genus starts with an R but not 100% sure. Spectacular none the less, Congrats!!.

A google search for fire orchid came up with Renanthera. a8.jpg T

They seem to be growing like epidendrums. I wonder if you propagate them the same way?

The lower half of the "canes" though are already bare and look like sticks. At this point I should tie stakes beside them for support.

I have a similar species that I tied to the trunks of Royal palms which is Ideal because the just climb up the trunk as they grow.

The orchid and the Dwarf Areca Catechu.
