How common is that a Phoenix dactylifera blooms so young?

The one on the right side in the first picture is the blooming one. It has not even formed the final diameter of its base, not to mention a trunk. I wonder whether female specimens of this sp. bloom generally earlier and whether some cultivars are distinguished through earlier blooming.

in a few days i come back home, i will take a few pics, this is the first year that female dacty set some fruits(almost all flowers aborted and fallen), the first year bloom did not set fruits...(last year).
I will see if the fruit have seed...
...the male bloomed one year before(two years ago), more or less with the same size as yours dactyliferas in the pics, and the esphatas and flowers was very tiny...

...this is the female dacty last year, when bloom the first time.
