Your palm doesn't seem to be a 'Obi form', but a true beguini, how old is it?

Was thick and chunky in a 8" pot.I put it in the ground about 2 years ago.

Yes,Fan palm it does get some morning sun.The wind has battered it lately.Get it in the ground Tropicgardener they are a beautiful palm.

We lost a lot of large shade trees during cyclone Ului in 2010.I also lost a lot of large palms including a 3m Verschaffeltia, the bonus is I have more room.
