Where is all the snark?

Is it me? Or has most of the snark and good natured (proverbial) kicks to the groin gotten scarse around here?

Seems that plenty or people have gotten genuinely pissed at each other though.

So sad. :( [sniff, sniff, tear]

I am not sure that PT is a snark friendly environment any more. So many sensitivities that a friendly snark could easily backfire into unpleasantries. A little humor may not be worth the risk.

I agree Keith. I do remember pt being more forgiving. Where we could joke around and poke fun at eachother and no one got there feathers ruffled. I think I miss that. I've noticed that many of the bigger posting members have gone quiet as of lately.

I've noticed the quietness of many as well.

I think things will get noisier and snarkier again in the northern hemisphere winter time, fast approaching. Right now, long days, time in the garden, less time on PT. Our Snark Quotient will increase as the weather worsens, particularly if this turns out to be an El Ninyo. (Spelling phonetically.)

I get so much quirky crap from people in my face to face interactions every day that I don't even notice the snark sometimes, even when I'm the one doing it!

I miss the snark as well! As a "newbie," it made me feel welcome;) Mostly because I've been told I'm a snarky person myself...well, actually the word used had seven letters and began with an "a", but close enough, no?
