WTB Chamaedorea plumosa

Hello,

I'm looking to buy C. plumosa seedlings. or seeds even.

There was a listing on e-buy, but the price for 5 seeds was outrageous so no thanks.

A couple years ago I bought supposed seedlings from a nursery but they are turning out to look like C. glaucifolia. Shucks. It's still growable here, but not hardy. I expect it to die off with our next big freeze.

My flowering plumosa males need a sugar-momma.

Thanks for the leads, haven't found any readily available on the internet.... but they must be somewhere......

Thanks!

Solid zone 9, I can expect at least one night in the mid to low twenties every year.

Hot, dry summers. Cold, wet winters.

I've got a community pot in the GH with 7 -2 leaf seedlings of Cham plumosa. But it would still cost $20 total, $2 each for seedlings and $6 for small flat rate box. And I'm not sure they will fit in the small as they are taller than other cham seedlings. I could take a look if interested.

A friend sent them to me from his own plants in Puerto Rico. He did mention to me they were difficult to sprout.

Patrick, I have a good crop of seeds in progress, most likely 6-8 weeks more development until maturity. Send me a PM.
