Wanted Phoenix Sylvestris

I am in Conroe Texas and looking for some Phoenix Sylvesrtis! I tried to grow out some seedlings I bought off of eBay but they died. The only ones I can find in garden centers are large ($500+) ones. I'm looking for something in between those two sizes! Let me know what you have, thanks!
