20' tall Jubaea for sale

MattyB

Recommended Posts

5' of clear trunk, 20' overall. Not sure if you'd call it a Silver Jubaea, but it's definitely showing some of that type of coloration. It is mature and seeding.

Serious offers only please. PM me or call my cell (619) 206-7782

Forgot to list a price. Thanks for the reminder.

$50,000.39 or best offer. Negotiations contingent upon access, digging arrangements, soil connotations, overhead, equipment shared, shovel loses, trolley stopages (it's near the train tracks),

I was just BS-ing. I hadn't decided on a price yet, but forum rules state you have to list one, so I just decided $50,000.39 was a good place to start. :mrlooney:

3k isn't bad but it'll cost you another 3-5 to dig it, lift it, haul it, dig your new hole, plant it... He is prob only getting rid of it because its in the way now.... Free for the palm a pat on mattyBs back and you pay for all the other expenses! Hoping your crane man doesn't knock the house over when getting out of the ground....

what if something like this is worked the other way.

in other words you state to the owner - how much for YOU to plant it in my front yard ?

(for san diego area or LA, )

you insist the sellers crane man has insurance big time to cover the cost of your house.

and of course his insurance company will be contacted by you to confirm everything in writing first

this way as buyer you dont even have anything to do with the sellers house and any troubles removing the Jub could cause.- its all on them - might save you a lawsuit !

this way EVERYTHING is on the seller - you just come up with money to buy palm.

Matty - whats the price for that deal ?

It actually does look a little underdeveloped for a Jube that size. The trunk should be at least five foot thick, maybe it's that arid looking yard stunting it's growth.
