I don't know who this is or anything, just noticed the listing and thought someone may want the palms... Reminds me of a property I drove past up Chin Chuck Road maybe?

What maintenance ? Those palms are great ! Does he want to build baseball fields like in "Field of Dreams" or something ?

Zone 10a at best after 2007 AND 2013, on SW facing hill, 1 1/2 miles from coast in Oceanside, CA. 30-98 degrees, and 45-80deg. about 95% of the time.

agreed! ... i would think palms would require less maintenance, especially out there in HI

This is the stuff we spend years growing or wishing we could grow and then some dude comes in and doesn't care at all about them. I'm never selling my house
