Eucalyptus deglupta - rainbow eucalyptus/mindanao gum seed wanted

Recommended Posts

hey guys,

after driving myself crazy not being able to find a safe source to get Eucalyptus deglupta - rainbow eucalyptus seed from, i thought why not ask about.

this Eucalyptus is like one of four that isn't native to where i live (Australia) and it is the one i have always wanted to grow.

if there's anyone with seed willing to part with some, it would be much appreciated.

i could also get you any native Australian seed you may have your eyes on also.

I so hope theirs someone out their as our customs/quarantine on plants/seed etc is really strict, so even if i was to get it fro ma company overseas, the seed will be treated and germination rates will be effected.

Toxer.

I don't sell Rainbow Eucalyptus seed, but I do grow and sell the seedling trees.

Growing them from seed and getting them to a stable sized plant can be a bit tricky, so I tend to do that part myself and sell the seedlings. I get fresh seed from my mature Eucalyptus deglupta trees here in Florida.

If anyone is interested, I currently have a batch of Eucalyptus deglupta seedlings for sale that I can ship.

They are in 4" pots and pretty much ready to go up to 3gallons now ( I skip the 1 gallon) about 2 feet tall and getting taller by the day.
