This is a 5.5' tall Lipstick Palm (Cyrtostachys renda) grown in a 15 gallon container. $200. The Lipstick Palm is well known because of its brilliant red colored crownshaft. Local pickup only in St Petersburg.

I'm interested where in St. Pete do you live? Also, is it still avaiable?
