Duck is a lot oilier than other fowl.

It can be roasted, smoked or cooked l'orange . . .

Peachy

Donald with an orange sauce - nothing better. Duch is all dark meat. Oily so they can float and keep therir feathers water repellant. Pierce the skin alot to release the fats when cooking. Roast until real crispy. I like to stuff duck with wild rice and mushrooms!

roast him in the oven at 450 F

let the fat drip away from the meat- so that means put him on a roasting rake

do not stuff him with anything.

put orange slices on top while roasting

or try this:\
