According to the Orlando Sentinel - three hundred plant fanatics were lined up at the gate before opening. That is amazing! Appears that this sale was a huge success.

Anybody take any photos?

I was in a hurry so I didn't get the chance to :( Also I was hiding in shame because I didn't buy a single palm (got a Bauhinia yunanensis, Two nagi trees, and some maidenhair ferns)...

The paper does not lie- I was there at 7:15 on Saturday to start labeling some last minute stuff and had to park a considerable distance away as there were already a bunch of early birds lining up and talking plants. Great event and thanks to all who came out to enjoy the great selection and the beautiful weather.

There was over 10,000 people through the gates for the 2 days. It was a really good event and perfect weather again.

It seemed like there were definitely more people this year than last year. I picked up a few A. vestiaria's from MB Palms, and Dypsis scottiana and ovobontsira from Leu, among other things.

It is a popular event. And being sunny and low 80s doesn't hut either.
