It is very true though, back when I was a cop I remember chasing an offender on foot through the streets of Cairns.......As he fled through 'Fogarty Fountain Park' he ran into a patch of the dwarf Pandanus pygmaeus a groundcover Pandanus which is very prickly.......He was barefooted and the Pandanus pulled him up immediately. I then crashed over the top of him, with the Pandanus further ripping into his uncovered flesh!

Mick, that is where I first obtained the plant......I came back the next day and "obtained" some evidence!!!.......It is a great little plant.
