Ok, not the greatest climat for growing palms, but you may never be outside with 90,000 sq ft of interior space. :hmm:

I'm available to represent the Seller and write the title insurance BUT even if it was in my league I would want no part of owning this beast.

I don't really know why anybody would feel the need for such a monster, but hey think how many people had jobs to build this.

Looks like a money trap.
But if a person was crazy enough they could make it into a hotel, spa, resort. Maybe for the rich and famous.

Or a billionaire could buy it as a fixer upper for his kid first home. :D

That is actually in one of the warmer microclimates around here and on the SE side of Lake Butler. There are coconuts in that area that survived the past 2 cold winters so might make a good palm collectors residence !!!

Who needs 90,000 sq ft to live? I'd be happy with 4,000 sq ft with a wrap around veranda viewing a surrounding garden.

Just kinda shows ya different strokes for different folks.

Here is a video about this monster, showing the happy couple who had built it. The wife is rather busty, what a surprise. http://www.bloomberg...video/88398852/

Wow! I can't imagine living in that monstrosity! I'll bet she's had help with more than her bust!

Times are tough all over I guess.
