Looks like a money trap.
But if a person was crazy enough they could make it into a hotel, spa, resort. Maybe for the rich and famous. :lol:

Or a billionaire could buy it as a fixer upper for his kid first home.

That is actually in one of the warmer microclimates around here and on the SE side of Lake Butler. There are coconuts in that area that survived the past 2 cold winters so might make a good palm collectors residence !!!

I'd be happy with 4,000 sq ft with a wrap around veranda viewing a surrounding garden. :wub:
