One year old seedling left outside unprotected but under a roof, inside a pool enclosure.

During freeze event when outside temperatures reached 23.5°F, but subject location saw probably just below freezing, leaves started shrinking and turning dark green.

After recovery, leaves have necrotic/dead edges but 70% of the leaf area is a healthy, shiny green. Freeze events during December only.

One month after (yesterday) the spear pulled. :( Humid/brown but no signs of fungus/bacteria attack.

More tender than I thought. Other palms in pots nearby (Dypsis, etc.) didn't blink an eye.

Thanks for adding this data. It is a genus I'm interested in, so your notes are appreciated !
And, congrat's on it's survival.
Good luck,

Tom
