must be the true "rubra" not interested in "crinita"

(also no little seedlings)

must be able to ship to califonia

Rob,

They seem to be good, honest guys. But speaking from painful experience, it's a crap shoot whether they will get by the ag, inspectors in L.A. whether or not it's got a phyto cert. Seems like they can't resist opening something from Reunion Island. IMO, once it's open, they're gonna condemn it no matter what.

The Ag inspectors take what they want wheather it has a phyto or not. I know from experience.

Depends on how bad you want it. Some guys have sneeked them through.
