i think if you look at the list of all members it indicates the status of each.seems a bit time-consuming,maybe theres an easier way.

Once, there was a Board member who went by the name TreeStumpHead, who got pretty infamous for very rudely insulting people (including women, about their femininity) on the board, so he had to be forcibly removed, a number of times, after he kept trying to rejoin -- and re-harrass.
