People call this plant ultratropical, but mine under Loquat canopy has no damage from 29 and 31 and was unprotected in my backyard the entire time. Looks great, might plant more!

Dead at 26. Had been in ground under canopy for almost 6 years. Only a little damage in previous winters (down to 28F), but last january was more cold for longer and it petered out.
