IPS Biennial - NOW CLOSED

We have now used up our entire initial allotment of rooms at the Windsor Barra hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel has informed us that they are now fully booked, so we have been unable to get addititonal rooms. For this reason, we have no choice but to close registration with immediate effect. We are still looking at other options (hotels nearby) for additional rooms, and there's always the possibility that Windsor Barra may be able to release additional rooms. Considering the holidays, not much is likely to happen for the next two weeks. Hopefully, we'll have more news in a couple of weeks.

Currently at 159 and holding...! As far as I know, first time we've ever been in this situation - running out of hotel rooms four months before the event begins!

Hi Bo

WOW

Is there a waiting list that I could get on. I kept on putting it off and now am bumming. I really want to go.

Thanks

Oscar

Oscar,

Yes, we do have a standby list, and we're hoping to hear from the hotel later in the week. Needless to say we're hoping they're going to release more rooms for the IPS. Go to the IPS website, and sign up on the standby list. Let's hope things work out!

Aloha,

Bo-Göran
