And even our winters do not get any cooler but is wet due to continous rainfall.While december & january months are the most plasent season for south india.

Hey Dave, I got some from Kris and one poped the first month. Now two more just sprouted its been about 90 days. I used the baggie method with pure spagnum, place over the water heater.

I still have a number of Kris' Corypha seeds from last year. Does anyone have a clue as to how long they remain viable? I've only managed to germinate one so far, but I'm not giving up on the rest yet. :drool:

Here is a picture of number 4 and 5 about 90 days now since I put them in the baggie. Once again I would like to Thank Kris for sending me the seeds.

Here's an update of the C.Macropoda growing in public Park,Take a look at the old photo in the previous page to see how fast this baby has put a fattened trunk !
