I am in the process of cleaning one small fruit. There should be about 20 seeds. The plant looks like this and is most likely very tropical. You can google NONI for more information.

What have you got? Flowering Trees? Palms?

I'll have some Princess Palm seeds in a few weeks and some unknown Ptychosperma I think. also in a week or two.

Temperature range yearly from say 95 to 62 degrees F
Only 3 hurricanes in the past 51 years and no damage. No floods where I am, No tornados, No earthquakes
No moles, squirrels, chipmunks, deer, etc. Just the neighbors "wild" chickens
