This palm is a pinnate leaved, crownshafted palm from an island in the Pacific. It does look Borassoid though, I will give you that.  :cool:

Carpoxylon it is....however - it is actually two seeds fused together - two embryos. These were found in a shipment of seed, they are quite the novelty.  :P
