Some are being bought out, others can't pay extra expenses to rebuild (houses on stilts), or 1000% increases in insurance premiums. The former in NYC and Jersey, the latter in the DC area.     I'm glad to say I was able to leave the hospital today after have a triple bypass heart surgery. I want to thank everyone who get our family in there prayers.     I tracked my humming birds sugar consumption 10 lb. bag of sugar usage. I broke open a 10 lb. bag last year at 10/26/12. The following dates are when I opened the next 10 lb. bag. 10/26/12 5/22/13 6/28/13 7/27/13 8/09/13 8/26/13 9/10/13 9/29/13 10/13/13 The winter months when I am taking care of the winter hold overs a 10 lb. bag will last 7 months. When they have raised the chicks and are fattening up for migration they go thru 10 lb. in two weeks!!! Kinda boring but.... Randy

    Cassandra and I recently visited part of the Great Barrier Reef with Reef Magic which takes you to a great area of the Outer GBR which is well known for the beautiful very large Maori wrasse, many other fish and pristine reef. Of all the reef trips we have done this is our favourite , great crew, great food, a great day and of course "very relaxing". Under water and Heli shots where taken by "Reef Magic" on the day which for a small price they sell to happy day trippers.     Since the IPS is clearly demonstrating that they have little interest in properly evolving their online presence, and as Len pointed out, the IPS is apparently not all that interested in its membership at large, perhaps the time has come to find a new home. Trying to control a large organization that isn't interested in us seems like a futile exercise. I am glad to cast my vote for the right people, but even that information hasn't been made available. It seems the best alternative is to move to a decent forum that is very close to PalmTalk, and that is Palmpedia. I haven't tried it out yet, but I am going to now.     Dear friends, due to the fact that the IPS refuses to even let me view my past messages which contained a lot of E-mails, addresees and contacts, I am very unhappy with the IPS, and I will not be renewing my membership.
